Primary Impact Crusher has a very high crushing speed and it is used as the primary crusher. Primary Impact Crusher is produced for types of limestone. Primary Impact Crusher is rotor crusher type which have very high reduction and cubic ratio. They are used in breaking of large-sized stones by helping of special alloyed tracks and crushing plates. All setting systems and the body opening device are made easy with hydraulic power unit. Impact channels have bell crank and provides easy adjustment. There are hoist on it which lift 1000 kg for the exchange of pallets. Produces as mobile and stationary. (The desired breaking capacity is adjusted according to KW of engine.)

Primary Impact Crusher provide to break medium hardness and less abrasive materials at high rates of size reduction which controlled primary level. Up to 3000 kg and 1000 mm material is possible to reduce the size of 100 mm in these crushers. Process to break of rock which enter into Primary Impact Crusher; firstly stone hit to stone by impact of rotor pallets, then hitting the upper wing impact plates and the lower wing impact plates. Primary Impact Crusher has a body which is separated to two parts. Crusher maintenance is simple and also possible to change palette impact plate and lining after completely open the upper part with help of hydraulic cylinders. The output product size is easily controlled by the clearance between the rotor and the pendulum carrying crusher impact plates is adjusted with screw-spring or a hydraulic mechanism (optional).
